Meet Jefferson Marshall who will lead you on an outdoor adventure full of fun and games before settling in our Trout Lily Room to read a quick expert from his latest book, "The Cedar Hill Crossroads" and talk about what inspired him to write his series and sign some copies. This is the fourth book in the series and is set in our very own Cedar Hill State Park!

Jefferson Marshall is a native Texan who teaches English Language Arts at the secondary level. He has self published four books in a children's outdoor series featuring the Texas State Parks. He has traveled all over Texas sharing his stories through nature programs for kids. Marshall hopes to inspire readers to love, protect, and explore the outdoors. He loves to read place-based fiction, fantasy, biography, Christmas stories, and Curious George with his young daughter.
