Please complete and submit this form to request a field trip booking with Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center in Cedar Hill, TX. We will respond to your booking request within three business days. Due to spam filters, we ask that you add the following e-mail addresses to your "safe senders" list: dcac@audubon.org and dogwoodcanyonaudubon@gmail.com. Please note that your program is booked when we send the e-mail confirmation and all policies regarding your booking go into effect at that time. If you have not heard from us within three business days, please check your spam, junk and quarantined e-mails. If you do not see an e-mail from any of the e-mail addresses above, contact us at dcac@audubon.org to check status of your request. Once your program is booked, payment is due unless the program is cancelled in accordance with our policies. Failure to appear the day of a booked program is considered a "no show" and we will proceed to collect the expected payment.
